Job Overview:
We are currently seeking a Shift Leader to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment during your assigned shifts. You will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of employees, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the staff during assigned shifts
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
- Oversee food production and ensure adherence to recipes and quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment
- Perform opening and closing duties as required
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Assist with scheduling and conducting interviews for new hires

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry is preferred
- Strong knowledge of catering, bartending, culinary, and food production practices
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
